Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TAT NDT Appliance Repair Service, we value our customers and strive to provide professional, reliable, and trustworthy appliance repair services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments may apply.

1. Service Call Fee

  • A diagnostic/service call fee is charged when a technician visits your location to inspect your appliance.

  • This fee is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward the total cost of the repair if you proceed with the service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee equal to the service call fee.

3. Refunds for Repairs

  • If a repair is completed and the appliance fails due to the same issue within 30 days, we will return at no additional service charge to re-diagnose the problem.

  • If the failure is related to our workmanship or parts provided by us, we will repair it at no cost or provide a refund for the repair labor.

  • Refunds do not apply if the failure is caused by:

    • Misuse, neglect, or user error.

    • A different, unrelated problem with the appliance.

    • Additional parts or services not covered in the original repair.

4. Parts Policy

  • Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts supplied through TAT NDT, and replacement is handled under those terms.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer is not available at the scheduled appointment time and location, the service call fee is non-refundable.
